- Straight Talk. We make sure we understand the challenges at hand and will strive to make the most efficient use of your funds. We do not overcomplicate things and we tell people the truth, sharing the upside and the downside in a straightforward and easy to understand manner.
- Principles. We make sure to provide unbiased advice to our clients and remain true to our mission of providing top quality craftsmanship at reasonable, fair prices. We care about how we conduct ourselves, how well our work turns out and how long it will last. We take a long-term view that includes aesthetic, historical and environmental considerations in our definition of a job well done.
- Emotional Capital. We find emotional due diligence to be just as important as technical proficiency. We believe having the right people as part of the All Square Carpentry team is every bit as important as are the skills they bring to the project at hand.
